We are holding a big conversation for everyone who lives and works across our area to make sure we are working on the things that really make a difference for our communities. We know you will have lots of brilliant ideas on how we make our area a place where everyone can thrive and it’s really important for you to tell us what matters most to you.
With our Corporate Plan in place setting out our bold vision and objectives, we have a clear view on what we need to deliver across West Northants and it’s really important to us that we understand what this means to you in your locality and what your priorities are.
Together we will agree what we need to improve and focus on, thinking about the future sustainability of West Northants, the shaping of good local services for your area and setting out what we expect from each other. We will use your feedback to help shape how we, at West Northamptonshire Council engage, involve and interact with local communities.
The Big Conversation will be open for three weeks and we encourage everyone living and working in West Northants to join in. The conversation will be open 24/7 and is completely anonymous.
We want to work together to make West Northants a great place to live, work, visit and thrive.
The conversation will be open until 21st March.

WEST NORTHAMPTONSHIRE COUNCIL, ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14, WEST NORTHAMPTONSHIRE COUNCIL (PUBLIC FOOTPATH RV27 – POTTERSPURY)
(TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2022
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council have made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit pedestrians from proceeding along that length of Public Footpath RV27 in Potterspury as specified below. Private access to land or premises adjacent to the said length of footpath are unaffected.
RIGHT OF WAY TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: Full length of footpath RV27 to be closed between points A (SP 7548 / 4342) for a distance of 374 metres North East to point B (SP 7583 / 4350).
REASONS FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for health and safety reasons due to unsafe surface conditions.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The Order will come into effect on 4th February 2022 and will continue in force for a period of six months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for this Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such extent as is indicated by the display of notices.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Footpaths RV15, RV10 and RV12 between points A (SP 7548 / 4342) for a distance of 475 metres North East to point C (SP 7571 / 4382) and then 463 metres South East to point B (SP 7583 / 4350).
